A: We ship all parcels via Sendle, a trusted and carbon-neutral courier service within Australia.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link with your courier details.

A: You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

A: No, return shipping is completely free—even for change-of-mind returns.

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! Faulty items will be replaced with the same item. For other exchanges, just contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
